#NEEDLE....THREAD....EFFORT.....

#sorry lately busy making the innovation of

Destar:)

so , how are you people ???

was it gooooddd ???

ok, here is my latest entry which is I want

to tell U guys about the task that I've

received and actually all my classmates is

making this task but in different way due to

each creativity respectively :)

we are actually need to make a MOODBOARD

which is about our research and our

inspiration of subject matter ...

well it is a kinda' interesting task that I

actually love to do people:)

....here is my....

MOODBOARD

#concept: books

...this is the front view of my MOODBOARD that I've given the name " D.E.S.T.A.R "...

I have choose the concept of modern type of Moodboard that looks more simple, packed and not too heavily with the unnecessary thing to be put on..

I also maintain the actual name of my subject matter which is "Destar" to be more strong effect through this moodboard making ...

okay, this is the inside view of my moodboard which I include the images of my real subject matter, and at the below of the Destar image , you can see many pictures of jeans that I've put onto it...
the jeans is actually my inspiration of my innovation of Destar...

I love jeans.. I love to use any kind of jeans in combining it with other fabric which is the jeans have their own weight and also textures ...

see, the innovation make by using the used jeans and recycle jeans can turn into something new and fashionable and also unique look people!

by combining the parts of the jeans that is sometimes seeing to be like useless it can be a new look and new ideas!

try and have a piece of it people.. try to make the bag from the jeans, purse, card holder or even a pencil case ..
it can be happen !

"it's all about the materials"

okay, these are the fabric and materials that the Destar maker used to make the Destar by using this kind of fabric which comes from different sources, textures, colours and also different thickness..

Type of fabric: brocade, batik, cotton, satin, jeans, codroy, felt , etc.

As the materials, I also used the velco, waist- rubber band and also safety pin to be tighten it up the Destar..

For the embelishment , I used the studs and also a beads that will give an impact of exclusive look so that people who wear it will feel comfortable and unique look :)

okay , here are also the closest look of the fabric type if you cannot see it clearly on top ...

#LAST SEEN

Alright, so for the previous post I've showed

to y'all about the result isn't it ??

have you tried once people ???

it is HARD or EASY ??

no matter it is hard or easy, the important

thing is try and get new experience by

learning and try to do the Destar.

atleast if it is hard and you can't shape it

nicely , but you've tried and it it called an

EFFRORT !

....congrats for them who have tried to make 1 atleast ...

so, now I'm telling you the sad part .. which is this time is the LAST SITE VISIT to Jelebu !!! huaaaaaa!!! *cryin'*

I want to go there again!

seriously , if I could have my own free time, I would love to go and visit again Haji Mustaffa to get knowing more about Destar..

not only the learning is interesting but he's family also friendly and very welcome me also give a excellent services while I'm there conducting my research regarding " The Making Of Destar"

I've learned so much and even he is also gave me side knowledge such as how to make a great and delicious " Masak Lemak Cili Api " ...

Bonus for me...

just want to get the feeling when wearing the Destar ...

You also should have a try people ... nice feeling ... feeling maskulin for awhile :)

too many knowledge that have been conveyed by Haji Mustaffa .. especially when he talk about heritage, the culture, and also the ethnics ... it is really deep meaning especially when you ask to the veteran people on how the appreciation through the heritage of culture for them which is they really appreciate the heritage that have been gave to them by their parents since from the ancestor..

for me as a teenagers , in 21 years old, yes I admit that there is alot of things and history that I've never know that have been told by Haji Mustaffa that really open my mind and look in deep into this kind of cultural matters.. it is fun , interesting and also beautiful ...
